Privacy Policy
Sprynt Capital is a website operated by Variance Marketing LLC and its affiliates (“Sprynt Capital”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect about individuals in the United States and Canada who visit our website, use our services, or interact with us by phone or in person (together, our “Services”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. It does not cover employment-related data processing.
1. Personal Information We Collect
We collect personal information that you provide to us directly — for example, when you fill out a funding application, request a quote, subscribe to communications, or contact us. This includes identifiers and contact details such as name, email address, phone number, business name, estimated monthly revenue, and any information you choose to include in a message or application.
We also automatically collect limited technical information when you use our Services, including IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and timestamps. We collect this information using cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy for details.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as race, religion, precise geolocation, biometric data, or health information. For business funding applications, we may collect information about your business that is not personal to you as an individual; such information is governed by our business terms rather than this Privacy Policy.
2. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to your funding inquiries and deliver the services you request;
- Evaluate funding applications and match you with appropriate capital providers;
- Operate, maintain, improve, and secure our Services;
- Send you information about our products, updates, and marketing communications (where permitted);
- Measure the performance of our marketing and advertising;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. Cookies and Interest-Based Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies on our website for essential functions, analytics, and marketing. We may use analytics providers such as Google Analytics and advertising partners such as Meta (Facebook), Google Ads, and TikTok to measure and deliver advertising. A full inventory of the cookies used on our site, along with controls to manage them, is available on our Cookie Policy page.
You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie settings on our site. US residents can also exercise their right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” option, or by submitting a request through our Data Request Portal. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal.
4. Information We Disclose
We disclose personal information only to the following categories of recipients, and only as necessary for legitimate business purposes:
- Service providers who help us operate the Services (hosting, analytics, email, customer support, advertising measurement, CRM, lead verification). These providers are contractually bound to use the data only for the services they provide to us.
- Capital providers, lenders, and funding partners that we match with qualified applicants, with your consent where required, so that they can evaluate your funding request and contact you with offers.
- Affiliates within the Variance Marketing LLC corporate group, including our Variance Marketing website (variancemarketing.com).
- Legal and regulatory authorities where we are legally required to do so, or to protect our rights, property, and users.
- In connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to customary confidentiality protections.
We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense of the word. However, certain advertising and analytics cookies, and the disclosure of contact information to funding partners in connection with your application, may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under some US state laws. You can opt out at any time — see Section 5.
5. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Services, meet the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations (including tax, accounting, and anti-money-laundering requirements applicable to funding intermediaries), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need the information, we securely delete or anonymize it.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
